  • Kyle and Kay and Temple went out of their way to make our experience easy, thorough and complete. We had a terrible terrible experience with another local respiratory store for my husband's C-Pap. Kyle rescued us from them He even walked the order form to our primary to help us expedite the process. Once at their store Kay took her time and went over everything, fitted my husband correctly and made sure both of us were comfortable with the new machine. We went from stressed and nervous to feeling confident that we could use this machine successfully.   • While on vacation I brought my cpap machine hoses and cleaner but forgot my mask. I quickly googled and located this store and after reading the reviews felt like I knew the staff. I entered and immediately wanted to yell where’s Kyle but I was greeted by a nice courteous and professional lady at the front who was assisting another customer so I waited my turn and explained I forgot my mask and she motioned me to follow her to back where there were a vast array of assorted masks and I easily located the one I currently use and the price was competitive to ordering online. I didn’t want to wait since I used the machine for 2 nights and I would be moving the trip to North Carolina the next day. She was super efficient and I didn’t get her name which I like to do to send kudos to the staff , I was there on 02-13-23 around 0900 hours and again thanks.

  • I do not normally write reviews. CRABS (Coastal Respiratory) deserves all the 5 star reviews they receive. They made my experience easy and were the most helpful in helping me to obtain my new C-PAP. They all went above and beyond to get me the proper referrals and to fit me correctly and with the exact pressure for my sleep apnea. On top of that they were $300 cheaper than other respiratory businesses in the area and supplied me with additional items without charge!! They are an amazing company and I am so glad we found them. Keep up the good work Kyle, Kay and Temple. Love You All!!

  • My daddy was going to winter in Myrtle Beach area and is on continuous oxygen, I called 2 other services in the area and they were not helpful at all. I called Coastal they had me fax my information for the concentrator and contacted me the next day and asked when and where did I want this delivered. My daddy arrived and the following day he was set with oxygen. They are the most helpful I would highly recommend over any of the other providers in the area. Thank you for making this transition so easy.

  • My husband realized the nose cushion for his CPAP mask was missing the first night of our vacation. We called and spoke with Kyle and he was so friendly and helpful! He went above and beyond to be helpful. He had what we needed, at a reasonable price. We made the short drive from our hotel to the store, Kyle set us up and voila! Problem solved! My husband and I could both get a good night's sleep and have a great vacation!

  • I recently was fitted for a bi-pap machine. The staff have all been so helpful and friendly and professional. I had a few problems with using the machine but they have always been available to have me stop by. In fact they offered to come to my house to pick up the computer chip when there was a problem getting a reading. In fact they are setting up a new machine for me this week and I can swap mine out at my convenience. I love going there as I have them plug in the lift chairs and I sit and relax while I am waiting. The staff could not be kinder. Thanks guys.

  • I wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5! After receiving some not so great service from another local DME office, my husband called Coastal Respiratory to see if they could help me because he was pleased with the service he had received from them. They were able to see me the very next day and provided me with amazing service from the minute I walked in the door until I left. I highly recommended them and would not go anywhere else in the area for your respiratory and cpap needs!!!

  • My husband needed a mobility scooter and Kyle was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional in showing us the ins and outs of how to breakdown the scooter to fit in our SUV and how to operate it!
